Sanette: Nationally-renowned as world-class trainer.

Known for her affection with scarfs, Sanette is a leader who is characterized by Love, In Scripture, the word “love” is a key motive for obedience, to the lord's command . Jesus’ Great Commandment is to love God and love people (Mark 12:30-31). Sanette as God-honoring leader who seeks and maintains an ongoing, relationship with God and lives out of an over flowing relationship with God. From that relationship, the fruit of the loving spirit is manifest and her character becomes extraordinary as the executive of the corporation.

Sanette is a God honoring individual and as a servant of God, part of servant leadership is striving to serve people and vendors with excellence, it is seeking to deliver value and be a blessing to them in every interaction.


Sanette is responsible for the successful leadership and management of Ndzalama according to the strategic direction.

Chair of Limpopo Province Training Conference, Memmber of Lesedi Community Development Association, Council Letaba FET College, Board of GTFM and amongst others.


Graduated with Honors Degree in Human Resource from the University of Rand Afrikaans University and Higher Diploma in Home Econonmics from University of Pretoria.


Sanette is a qualified EDT Practitioner that has 15 years experience in facilitation and assessment as well as managing and co-ordinating various training projects. She was contracted by the ETDP SETA as an Accreditation Facilitator and Learning Programme Evaluator. These services included assisting emerging providers to obtain accreditation status as training providers. Through her assistance, numerous organisations obtained full accreditation status and registered on the ETDP SETA list of accredited training providers. She was a founding member of Ndzalama Competency Learning and has been facilitating ETDP accredited courses on NQF level 4-6 since 2002. She has 15 years experience as a Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) and also facilitates the SDF course. Her passion is to help with the ongoing development of ETDP-Practitioners - enabling them to fulfil their potential and to progress in their careers - through innovative training and development interventions.
