2002
Establishment
The company was established as Ndzalama Competency Learning CC. as a close corporation with the vision and mission of inspiring trainers around the country to touch the heart of the nation as whole.

2003
Accreditation
Ndzalama obtained its accreditation from the Education, Training and Development Practices Sector Education and Training Authority (ETDP SETA) in April 2003 for provisioning of qualifications and unit standards registered on the National Qualifications Framework which focuses in training persons who aspire to be trainers or already trainers.

2015
Milestone
Ndzalama reaches a milestone of over a number of trained trainers in thousands and over hundreds of completed projects which has set Ndzalama over a destiny of gaining authority in the training industry and has gathered a vast amounts of exprience in terms of training and managing projects.

2017
Changing of Legal Name
With due to new constitutional legislations and evolution of Ndzalama, Ndzalama witnessed a change from Ndzalama Competency as close corporation to Ndzalama Training as a proprietary limited.

Ndzalama Training
Ndzalama Training will continue to break records, set standards, mantain standards and most of all continue to inspire trainers to touch the heart of the nation.
